One of the most important aspects in building is cost. When you are surfing through the Internet or reading advertisements in the mass media you’ll find offers that seem to be extremely good or incredibly cheap. On the Portuguese market, you may easily find proposals to build a house with three bedrooms and swimming pool for only 130.000.- Euro.

It may be possible to build for that money, but it is always quality which will suffer, and our philosophy won’t allow for that. You should expect paying around 750. - Euro per sqm of covered area, patios, out-of-door construction and pool.

Additional expenses for the use of extraordinary material must as well be taken into account. Technical equipment such as floor heating, radiators, sun collectors and heat detention tanks, hot water pumps, heated pools, pool covers, alarm system, kitchen equipment or air conditioning systems go hand in hand with additional expenses.

But you will be compensated for the additional costs you incurred, because quality work will protect you from future expenses.
With us building won’t be cheaper but more advantageous!
