Representing your interests we relieve you of the job of dealing with the authorities, in other words, we submit your project to the City Council, apply for the electricity and water meter, take care of the authorities´ building inspection and apply for the habitability license.

We organize your building site according to internationally valid standards; in addition to drawing up and erecting the building license plate as well as the construction of a hoarding fence we are also taking care of logistics and storage of material in order to meet the deadline set for the conclusion of the project.

The shell will be complete within two to three months. Keys will be handed out after nine to twelve months.
Guarantees are handled according to the VOB/B guidelines.
